The PCP narrowed Bigtwin style springer fork is absolutely stunning! This one of a kind front end is hand made in Belle Plaine, Ks. The design and attention to detail on this part is top notch! It is available in stock length, which is 19" measuring from the bearing seat on the stem perch to the center of the axle. Also available is +2" , +4", +8", +12", +16" and +20" over stock length. Pictured examples are stock length standing alone and +4" over set up on a stock panhead frame with a 21" front wheel and an 18" rear wheel. The width is 2" overall narrower than stock with 3/8" of that taken from in between the springs. This gives good balance to the proportions resulting in a beautiful springer fork! The Bigtwin style springer comes with a 1" stem with top stem nut and crown nut as well as a narrowed Cro's nest top clamp or stock Flanders style top clamp with straight ears to accept dog bone risers. Stellings & Hellings style top clamp with offset risers available for additional cost by special request. It also comes with chrome inner and outer springs and smooth chrome rockers with 3/4" chromoly axle and nut. The stem perch is a solid piece cast from high strength Ductile iron and features the PCP logo on the backside. The construction of this springer is electric welded and brazed. The finish on these springers is top notch and ready for chrome! They are sold bare metal. Chrome or powder coat or any parkerizing of springs and hardware is available upon special request.
